i made this recipe up about a year ago, by throwing heaps of stuff i liked into a pan and watching it turn into something edible :)

ingredients;
- arborio rice
- vegetable stock
- sea salt and pepper
- garlic
- fresh lemon juice
- mushrooms
- asparagus
- cherry tomatoes
- corn kernels &
- spanish onion
turned out a treat, plus there's left overs for lunch, score!
