etsy times, happy times.
so i bought this amazing cross stitch kit from epic epoch on etsy yesterday and am ridiculously excited about making it!
it's the best thing i've ever seen.
yes.

speaking of etsy, check out this awesome arrow ring from miju that i found via where the lovely things are.
isn't it a treat?

finally, while searching for the amazing cross stitch above, i came across a store called shakespeare's peddler that sells really really cool patterns (if you're totally skilled and have a spare three years on your hands...)
one day, they will be mine.

go font urself, again.
if you're in brisbane tomorrow night, awesome times ahead!
go font urself chapter four is now rolling through and looks to be amazing.
fourteen artists showcase their type based pieces for our hungry eyes to devour.
last year's show was painfully cool so i am expecting big things.
go font yourself will be showing at the new nine lives gallery, six pm at six ninety four anne street.
taste the talent! (drool*);

the lost weekend.

i saw the line-up for the lost weekend a few months ago and though "yeah a few good bands... camping... could be fun but soooo expensive".
after additions to the line-up i am now thinking "omg yes yes yes yes!"
tickets for the three day event including camping are two hundred and thirty dollars each.
this is why it's worth it;
the brian jonestown massacre.
paul dempsey (my husband).
gyroscope.
the drones.
dead letter circus.
mm9 (yes!)
regular john.
no anchor (yes!)
clare bowditch (my wife) and;
the jezabels.
those bands + three days of camping + the bush = yes. please :)

tonight my greatest loves are combined, vodka and typography.
i will be fonting myself at the nine lives gallery, it's gonna be awesome.

kindered times and future goodbyes.
i just found some great pics on stampede.
a few artists got together in tel aviv and held a secret exhibition in an abandoned house.
hit the link above for more info on the artists, i just wanted to show you the pics!
the art produced straight on to the bricks/walls/ruins looks amazing.
