pizza.

hello.
did you know that my favourite food is pizza?
it is.
i wish i could say something really fancy, or exotic, or healthy even... but i really love pizza.
i basically ran home today to start making some.

here's what was included;

• bases (i know i know, i should make my own, but seriously, it takes me long enough just cutting up the toppings!)
• tomato paste
• mixed herbs
• garlic
• olive oil
• sea salt and pepper
• fresh parsley (yay for my recently-brought-back-from-the-dead herb garden!)
• cherry tomatoes
• sun dried tomatoes
• salami
• green olives
• black olives
• spanish onion
• roasted capsicum
• australian feta
  
• mushrooms

bases.

fresh parsley + garlic + olive oil + sea salt = entree.




tomato paste + garlic + mixed herbs + salt + pepper = pizza sauce.



everything else chopped, sliced and diced = ultimate pizza toppings.
